An NRS CustomX design consultation is a dedicated hour-long video chat, where you'll meet with one of our sneaker artisans to discuss and design your kicks. This call will encompass every aspect of the build process, from shoe model to colors and materials, and anything else you may desire to include in the finished build.
Going into this session with a clear idea of budget and a general concept for your design will help us make the most of this time.

Bespoke orders have an average cost of $2000-$6000 and the entirety of your initial consultation fee will be applied to the final cost. After the design has been approved, we require the full invoice to be paid prior to starting our bespoke service.

We are unable to offer refunds AFTER your design consultation has taken place.
